Maycar Structural Waterproofing Ltd is a family run business and ownership has been in the hands of the family now for three generations. The company was established in 1975 and has been providing roofing services to local authorities, police authorities, hospitals, schools, industry and the public throughout the North West of England ever since.
Briefly, we are concerned with all aspects of roofing and roofing maintenance and our aim is to make serviceable use of existing roofs wherever possible by planned maintenance procedures.
With this in mind, we offer a free survey of suspect or potentially suspect roof areas and can submit a written report outlining the reasons for failure, (if required) and recommending the appropriate remedial action whether it be to reroof or restore.

In addition to our survey services, we also offer a very efficient day to day maintenance service which is designed to cure any nagging leaks as quickly as possible before they can cause too much damage to the internal fabric of the building.
A recent addition to the range of services offered by the Company is the installation of
Solar PV Panels.
The Company is fully MCS Accredited for the installation of this technology and all installations carried out by the Company qualify for the Government’s Feed-in-Tariffs which are available for certain types of renewable energy technologies.
All of our operatives are fully trained in their field of operations, are CRB checked and are trained in "Emergency First Aid at Work".

INSTALLATION OF SOLAR PANELS
We are a fully accredited MCS Installer of Solar PV Systems and comply with all current Government requirements. We will custom build your system to suit your particular site and your quotation will show anticipated financial returns based on your own personal set of circumstances NOT on "typical" figures.
